Good prices, delivery could improve
I ordered a Carolina Herrera 212 VIP Rosé perfume and some Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream. The prices were quite competitive, especially for the imported perfume. Everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition, which was great. However, delivery took about 8 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores I use. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, a decent experience, but I hope they can speed up shipping.
